I would guess that many members and subscribers are following the USA Presidential and state elections with considerable interest.
For many New Zealanders that interest is mixed with considerable concern, given the importance of the USA to the world economy and to world stability.
No doubt there will be differing views in our club and across the country as to the preferred option but we can be grateful that in New Zealand at least we dont have the extremely toxic and divisive partisan political environment that the USA has. As Rotarians should we not all be working to make sure that we never do?
