Volunteers required  for the Rotary NZ Tour project  -  April 2018

We urgently need volunteers for:
  1. Hosting a dinner for one International Rotarian couple, plus a Pakuranga couple on Saturday 7th April.
  2. Airport Pick-ups.  (see details following)
  3. Looking after a couple for part of the day on Friday 6th April.
 
Help us make this event a Rotary experience our guests will never forget.
Volunteers required  for the Rotary NZ Tour project  -  April 2018
 
We urgently need volunteers for:
 
  1. The Tour commences on Friday 6th April and as done last year we have planned to give them a Home Hosted dinner on Saturday 7th April.
We are now seeking 3 members to offer to host these dinners involving 1 couple from overseas, and preferably also 1 Pakuranga Rotary couple.
As previously, we will be organising and covering their transport costs so be aware that we will need to be selective.
 
  1. We also request volunteers to pick up our guests from the airport and take them to their hotel. (The Grand Millennium, 71 Mayoral Drive.)
  1. Friday, April 6th     -  Arriving at 6:15am. 
  2. Friday, April 6th       -  Arriving at 3.00 pm We have 2 couples arriving on the same flight so if anyone has a vehicle that can take 4 passengers plus their luggage, please consider this one, otherwise we will need two pick-up people.
 
  1. We have two couples with a good part of Friday to ‘fill-in’. If anyone would like to host a couple and take them to see things that are not included in their Saturday Bus Tour of the city, please volunteer.
