After quickly becoming a valued addition to the Rotary walkway "our" sculpture requires some remedial work. Despite extensive testing at the artists facility over time the different parts of the kinetic art work have managed to touch. It is currently off site waiting to have an engineers sign off before having extra length added the wing bars to ensure there is enough clearance to stop the wings clashing in high winds.
The Council representative is in regular contact with Kelvin to keep us up to date with progress.
