Airline Development and Classic Cars

In 2012 Richard was chosen as the Howick Ward’s ‘Citizen-of-the-Year’. Born in the South Island of migrant parents, he is married to Jane, a Howick based architect, and they have three young adult children who all attended local schools.

Richard will address us on NZ airline development and the local Auckland Brit & Euro Classic Car Show (Lloyd Elsmore Park) he chairs.   In addition to research and writing work, Rev DR Richard Waugh and his associates, also do much voluntary organising of aviation historical events such as re-enactment flights, plaque memorials, airline staff reunions and initiating of airshows and other fly-in occasions.
