A Visual Feast and Rotary Fellowship
17 Day Rotary Fellowship Tour - 6th to 22nd April
Help us make this event a Rotary experience our guests will never forget.
This year’s Tour has clashed with District conference so please give these requests some consideration. We have 5 couples (3 from Australia and 2 from the USA)
- The Tour commences on Friday 6th April and as done last year we have planned to give them a Home Hosted meal on Saturday 7th April.
We are therefore seeking 5 members to offer to host these dinners involving one couple from overseas and preferably also one Pakuranga Rotary couple.
As previously, we will be covering their transport costs so be aware that we will need to be selective.
- We also request volunteers to pick up our guests from the airport and take them to their hotel. (The Grand Millennium, 71 Mayoral Drive.)

| - Arriving at 3.00 pm We have 2 couples arriving on the same flight so if anyone has a vehicle that can take 4 passengers plus their luggage, please consider this one, otherwise we will need two pick-up people. |
- We have two couples with a good part of Friday to ‘fill-in’. If anyone would like to host a couple and take them to things that are not included in their Saturday Bus Tour of the city, please volunteer.
