Sylvie Wilkinson was recognised for her efforts that started the Pakuranga Tamaki River Rotary Auxiliary. Her Ruby Paul Harris Fellow (PHF) recognition is a first for District 9920 and it was fitting that District Governor Malini made the presentation on the night celebrating fifteen new Rotarians - congratulations Sylvie!
