August-September was hectic and busy however, most were little things that makes a week so much better!
So towards the end of the month of my birth month I was lucky enough to have been invited to help work with my current Rotary president with launching her preview line of alpaccan wool clothing. It was interesting to see how selling clothes, preparing the clothes before sale and the problems and challenges that comes with it is not as glamorous as everyone imagines when owning a clothing line. It was nice learning about the line, and how to start a label- which helps me launch mine.
I also had the chance to go to my friend, Gustau’s bach- or as the danes say, summerhouse. I travelled by train with my closest friends from the class which took us 2-3 hours to get to the island of Møn. We stayed over night and it was a really fun weekend.
On the 10th of September I was lucky enough to have been given a free ticket to go to my team’s football game. F.C København vs Midsjylland.
The month of September was rather busy with a lot of catch up coffee’s with the girls of my class and going to the gym and spending time with the host family however i had the chance to go to Århus the last weekend to see Frederikke, who was an Danish exchange student in New Zealand, the same district and we started to realise how fast time flies (the last time we saw each other was 8 months ago)
This week however there is not much important things to say except I’m moving to my last and final host family on friday and I have a friend’s 18th birthday party to go to. To end the month, we have a Rotary District Conference which we are all looking forward to.
The month of October should be rather interesting as I get to go to Norway (it was an 18th present) and with my school class to South Korea.
