On Monday 20th October, a well attended meeting, including visitors from Highbrook and Somerville, was treated to an exposition on leadership change from Denis Gianoutsos. the CEO of Leading Change Partners. Bringing a background of extensive experience in business coaching and developing Hewlett Packard’s executives and leaders globally, Denis emphasized that the ability to adapt to change is the difference between surviving as a leader and thriving as a leader.

Denis started a podcast during the Pandemic to ensure his voice and advocacy was being heard-leadership is being a voice of influence.

There are 470 podcasts available on the Leading Change Partners website (https://www.leadingchangepartners.com/podcast) which includes interviews with leaders from around the world.

The organisations which thrived during lockdown were those where there was basic trust between all those within the company, and instilling that trust to accept and embrace change requires courage and a willingness to take action. Standing still means going backwards. Those in attendance heard a dynamic and thought provoking presentation from an international coach of leaders.
